    I recently got eyelash extensions here for the first time! At first, I wasn’t exactly happy with the fullness of my lashes, the staff cooperated with me, and scheduled a retouch appointment with no charge to ensure I was happy with my lashes! The staff are so incredibly sweet, professional, and overall want to make sure every customer is happy! Ashley was very good with my eyelashes, and made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything thoroughly knowing it was my first time. The place was very clean, sanitary, and I love the look of the entire place, it has a nice aesthetic. Definitely recommend this place! ❤️

    Talented, friendly staff, they know their stuff and the place is immaculate. Great first experience, I will definitely be going back! Sandra did a great job on my brows and lashes and the girl at the front desk was very patient and helpful when there was confusion over pricing.

    This business is clean and modern and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I took advantage of their free 30-minute appointment policy for new clients on a Wednesday morning and had a positive experience. Highly recommend if you're considering any type of waxing.

    I had such a great experience!! Dusty was amazing and made sure I was very comfortable. When I walked in I was impressed with how clean and beautiful this establishment is. Everyone was so professional and very welcoming. Thanks ladies

    I really do not like giving a bad review to a place we have never been to before, but due to not being able to keep my husband's appointment we didn't have the option of getting a service. My husband booked an appointment in person last week for today ( Friday 7/26/19) for a full face wax. He was called 30 minutes prior to his appointment this morning and was told that they could not do a full face wax for men because "the hair is too thick". After speaking with me about it I told him to call the appointment coordinator back and confirm because on your website the service is listed. He did that, asked if you were the only WAXmd to make sure that he wasn't looking at wrong website, and mentioned that on the website the service was listed. He was still told it was not a service that you do. It is CLEARLY listed under MENS services "Face - full $55 - brows, nose, lips, chin and cheeks" (see image) This is exactly what he wanted done. First of all, if this is not a service you offer please take it off your website. Don't call only 30 minutes prior to the appointment after it being booked last week because you suddenly realized you can't do that service. Why was he allowed to book this service in the first place? Mind you, he did this IN PERSON! We are very disappointed as this was a service he wanted done prior to starting his new job on MONDAY. Now we have to call around to find somewhere else that would have something available today or tomorrow. If we're misunderstanding please explain but he did call back to confirm that you "do not do men's full face waxes" before I wrote this. Again, I hate to leave a review like this because I'm sure your services are great that is why he chose to book an appointment with your company but this shouldn't have happened in the first place and it was not handled professionally.
