I had my first appointment here with Gen Ly for a Lash Lift and Eyebrow wax. From the time i walked in to the time i left was a wonderful experience. Gen Ly was extremely nice and asked multiple times if i was ok. She was very attentive and walked me through everything. I can’t wait to come back next month.
Aliyah was very professional and detailed. She did a great job and had steady communication and asked if the temperature of the wax was fine. Very pleased

I’ve been coming to WAXMD for Brazilian and underarm waxing for a little over 3 years now and I absolutely love it! My main waxer is Makayla and she’s amazing, has always has made me feel comfortable and very easy to talk to. There’s been a couple times where she’s been fully booked so I’ve also booked with Gen Ly and she’s been super great too! The staff overall is very friendly and welcoming!!

Had a Brazilian and inner thigh wax with Jen. She did a wonderful job and super fast. Would definitely recommend Wax Md, they know what they are doing. They also educate you on aftercare.
Walking in and being greeted by Lily is how my visit started. She told me what the specials were and had me sign up for the latest giveaway. Makayla called me into the room on time with a smile and a very friendly hello. Today was an eyelash and brow day, and Makayla got to work. She explained she was using a new tube/form on my eyelashes(to lift them). Makayla is always quick to let me know what's new and suggests services and products she thinks I may like or need. Walking out I always feel like a new person!!! Thank you ladies for another amazing experience!!!
Gen did a great job for me today. It was the least pain I have ever experienced for a brow/lip waxing. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Great service here every time. As a man, it can be difficult to find waxing services that can offer service and don't behave as if you're some kind of creep for liking to be clean. I'm always welcomed at WaxMD and Makayla always does a great job o my Brazilian.
Have not had a single disappointment with Makayla and Aliah! Theyre great! And will be the only 2 i go to for their services!
