SALON POLICIES

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We will issue a full refund at the original purchase price for products returned within 30 days with the original receipt. Products must be in new, unused condition with unbroken seal and unopened packaging. We do not offer refunds or store credit for opened products and/or performed services.

PACKAGES POLICY
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

TOUCH UP POLICY
WAXING SERVICES: WAXmd offers a 3-day performance policy on all waxing services. If we fail to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service for a guest, we will gladly touch up the serviced area and/or redo a waxing service performed by the original Esthetician/Cosmetologist at no charge.

*if the third day should occur on a day we are closed, we will perform on the next business day.

LATE POLICY
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your reservation, we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. If you know that you are going to be running late, we ask that you call and let us know so that we can adjust schedules to best accommodate you.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We know that things can sometimes come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so by 6pm of the business day preceding your appointment. Reservations canceled after this time will be considered a “no show” and charged 50% the price of the scheduled service.  This “no show” fee will be added to the cost of your next service. 

NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments without proper cancellation may be restricted to “walk-in only” status (no pre-booked appointments allowed) or possibly discharged from the salon as a client. 

CHECK POLICY
Acceptable Payment Forms: Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, & Cash

Personal checks are never accepted.  We will NOT take credit card payments over the phone nor keep your credit card number on file.

WAX ROOM POLICY AND CLIENT ETIQUETTE

In order to best serve your needs:

  1. We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointments. FIRST TIME CLIENTS, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. 

  2. If you need to use the restroom, please do so before being called back for your scheduled service. Please do not wait until the esthetician calls you back. Doing so will take time away from your requested and additional services.

  3. ONLY the guest and the esthetician are allowed in the waxing room while a service is being performed. Minors (under the age 18) must have a parent sign consent to have their service(s). Clients 15 years or younger may be accompanied in the waxing room by their parent or legal guardian. We ask the parents observe only and avoid interfering in the service procedure.

  4.  We recommend that you do NOT bring small children to the salon. They may not be left alone in the front waiting room unattended and can only come be in the treatment rooms IF they are confined in a car seat or stroller.
